Mapping of the Existing Framework, capacity and Interventions in Managing Mixed Migration Flows in Somalia

The research was a mapping exercise to clarify the regulatory landscape in Somalia and identify the key actors in the sector, their area of intervention and current operational capability and level of influence. The general objective was to define the current roles and responsibilities of the different institutions and determine gaps and needs that can be addressed through the implementation of the RE-INTEG Result 2 strand. The mapping aimed to be as comprehensive as possible and covered a wide range of topics at the macro level.
